The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) has awarded £10.96million to the Universities of Lincoln and Nottingham to establish an NIHR Mental Health Research Group (MHRG). The aim of the Lincoln University Mental Health Research (LUMHR) project is to improve mental health for Lincolnshire residents, especially those living in rural, coastal and urban-deprived areas. The Recovery Research Team will be providing mentorship and secondments for University of Lincoln colleagues, and supporting the development of a Living in Lincolnshire citizen science panel.
