Presentation information

Please note that acceptance is not registration. Acceptance of an abstract does not mean that the lead or any author is registered – conference registration is a separate process. The presenter must register for the conference, otherwise the presentation will be removed from the timetable.

Oral presentations

Oral presentations will take place in parallel sessions throughout the conference. Each oral presentation (other than symposiums) will have 20 minutes, comprising 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. For accepted symposiums, the total time will be as allocated in the programme. Please note all rooms will be equipped with a computer, data projector, and microphones in the lecture theatres. If you require anything further please let us know once your abstract is accepted.

Poster presentations

Poster presentations will be displayed for the duration of the conference. Poster format will be portrait A1 (59.5cm x 84.1 cm, 23.4inches x 33.1inches).
