Oral presentations will take place in parallel sessions throughout the conference, each comprising 90 minutes with 4 presentations per session (i.e. 20 minutes per presentation). The date and time of your presentation is listed in the programme. Slides should be prepared on Powerpoint. All rooms will be equipped with a laptop computer, data projector, and lectern microphone. It will not be possible to use a speaker's own laptop. A speaker's desk will be available at the conference for loading talks, or please load talks before your session.
The poster session will take place at lunch-time on 6th March 2012. Poster boards will be available for posters. We suggest that the poster presentation be structured into the following section headings:
Rationale & Background: Place in context the background of your work
Aims & Objectives: Define clearly the stated aims and objectives of the research
Methodology: Describe the process involved in carrying out the research
Findings: A brief synopsis of the overall findings/implications
Key References: Ensure that all names mentioned throughout the presentation are clearly referenced at the end
